Request Scanning Services


We have established a process for accepting orders for Scanning Services and Photograph Retouching and Restoration Services that will provide the maximum protection for your irreplaceable images, and also make certain that you won't end up waiting weeks, or months, for your work to be done.

The heart of this procedure is our Request Form, which is below. Completing this WebForm will place your order in our Order Queue. As soon as we are able to schedule the completion of your Order within two weeks, we will send you an email that will include instructions for packaging and shipping your materials to us, together with your Shipping Label and an Order Form that you will need to fill out and include with your shipment to us. The Order Form will allow you to list all the materials you are sending to us, and your selections for storage media and other options.

As soon as your material arrives, we will inventory it and send you an email confirmation of what we have received. After being inventoried, the materials will then be placed in a dedicated container until they are to be processed. Each work station has only one Customer's container open at any one time, so there is no opportunity for materials to be misplaced or misfiled. Orders are tracked and logged into our database at each step of the process.

As soon as your order has been completed, we will prepare an invoice through PayPal and email it to you. Payment can be made with your PayPal account, or any major credit or debit card if you do not have a PayPal account. Once your invoice payment has been processed by PayPal we will ship the completed package to you and send you an email with the package tracking information.

Please fill out the Scan / Restore / Retouch Request Form below. We will send an automated email to you to let you know that we have received it. Within 1-2 business days, we will send another email with your shipping instructions, or with an estimate of when we expect to be able to accept your shipment, if we cannot do so immediately. For the Scan / Restore / Retouch Request form, you do not need to provide exact quantities, a rough estimate will be fine. If you have any questions or other requests, there is a text box at the bottom of the form that you can use for that purpose. You can alsocall uswith any questions

If you have photo albums that you want to have scanned, we can scan them page by page to give you a copy of each album in its entirety, and we can also, if you wish, scan each photo individually as well (see pricing schedule). On the WebForm, please indicate the approximate number of album pages you want to have scanned, as well as your best guess as to the number of individual pictures to be scanned (if you want that done as well - otherwise, leave that space blank).

Our Monthly Submission Program: If you have a large number of items to be scanned, you may want to consider our Monthly Submission Program. This will make it easy for you to spread out the cost of digitizing and preserving your memories, and to reserve a priority spot in our work queue each month instead of having to take a chance that a high volume of work might delay your submission.

Here's how it works: Three weeks after your first order has been processed, we will automatically email a new shipping label and Order Form for your next batch of materials to be scanned. We will hold a priority spot in our work-flow for your order, and as long as your materials arrive within ten days, your work will be given priority status, and inserted into our work flow when it arrives. If your material does not arrive within ten days of the email, it will be placed at the end of the queue. If you want to participate in this program, just check the box on the form below. There is, of course, no obligation involved, you may stop submitting material at any time.

If you are located outside the USA, please indicate your (State, Province, etc.) and Country in the "State" line, and any Postal Code in the "ZipCode" line, to provide a complete mailing/shipping address.

Note: If you are located in New Castle Co. (DE) or in Chester Co. or Delaware Co. (PA) you may be eligible for free pick-up and delivery of your materials. We will inform you if that is the case when we email your Order Form and Shipping Instructions.

This Form is completed in two steps:

  1. When you complete the information below, click the "Enter" button and you will be taken to the Confirmation Page, where the information you have entered will be displayed.

  2. If it is correct, just click the "Submit" button, and your data will be recorded and processed.

If there are any errors, or you wish to make changes, click the "Back" button on that page to return to this page and edit the Form entries as needed, then click the "Enter" button again, followed by the "Submit" button when you are satisfied. Please note that if your email address is not correct, we will have no way to proceed with your order!
